As a Vegan since 1994, I know what works in a busy vegan kitchen. These are the main kitchen tools I use nearly every single day.

Water. You drink it. You cook with it. You wash your produce with it. You need a good, dependable source of clean water. We love our Berkey! No more lugging 3- or 5-gallon water jugs home from the store. It works even if the electricity goes out. And the filters last a long time. So easy!
