Vegan weight loss plan

Hi,
I have a question about your vegan weight loss plan, Get Down With Sass!
I have been Vegan for a year now. I eliminated animal by-products almost instantly...well in a matter of 3 days. I'm still learning as I go along.
Because I dove into the lifestyle so quickly, I chose easy food options....which most times for a while were not so healthy options. I have gotten better and have come a long way since.
SOOOOO....I'm wondering if your vegan weight loss plan would be worth taking. My concerns are learning about the nutrients I need while working out and losing the last 40lbs of my pregnancy weight (my daughter is 3..so its been around for a while..LOL). Considering this, how much of this (some or all of the material) would benefit me?
