Need Some Vegan Recipe Help?!

Each month I receive questions just like this asking for help with cooking vegan food. MAN, do I understand! Cooking vegan can be pretty confusing - it's a whole new way of looking at your food. And there are SO many questions that you can only answer through trial and error. Learning the skill of vegan cooking can take a lot of time and patience.

But what if you don't have a lot of time to figure things out on your own? Maybe you're just starting out and you have no idea how to work with vegan ingredients? Or you have been learning more and more about how to make vegan food, but you keep getting hung up on how to flavor your dishes? Or maybe you are a seasoned vegan cook and just need some fresh and new ideas?

So how does Vegan Recipe 9-1-1 work?

It's very simple...

Just be sure to provide the following information:
  1. What is the question you have about this recipe?
  2. Name of the Recipe
  3. Recipe Credit, if you know (ie who made it originally or what cookbook did it come from?)
  4. Amount/Yield (how much does it make?)
  5. Recipe with Full Instructions
  6. Upload a picture (or two) if you would like - please be sure it is clear and easy to see.
