I'd like to assist you in taking it one step further.
Using a revolutionary tool called the Nutri-BodyTM Analysis, you will learn to read the signals your body is sending out to you which can help to pinpoint your PERSONAL nutritional needs. This is a very proactive approach, giving you the empowerment you've always desired in your search for the best vegan nutrition.

There is not another person exactly like you. Your personality, your outward appearance, your fingerprints, your voice -- all are uniquely your own -- different from anyone else on earth. So, too, are your nutritional needs.
So how are you to know what YOU need to be the healthiest person you can be?
The answer is in YOU. Your body holds all the answers -- if you know what questions to ask it.
Bodily Signs of Imbalance
Your body requires certain amounts of very specific nutrients in order to function well. If it doesn't get what it needs, it lets you know -- often in subtle ways.
Long before any disease may present itself, there are indications that things may not be working as well as they used to.
These may merely be pesky little discomforts and inconveniences -- things that we take for granted, not realizing that nutrition may be involved.
Perhaps energy levels are low, there is some mild ache or pain somewhere, thinking appears "fuzzy", fingernails break easily, skin is dry, hair lifeless, and so on.
All of these signs can relate to nutritional imbalances.
By studying this "body language", you can determine deficiencies (or excesses) of specific vitamins, minerals, protein and other factors. This Analysis is often referred to as "nutritional symptomatology." This vegan nutrition test uses these bodily signs to find underlying causes and get you on the road to the proper nutrition for a vegan. (Some bodily signs relating to specific nutrients may have other possible causes, of course. But consistent patterns can be significant.)
The Nutri-Body Analysis
The Nutri-BodyTM Analysis gives you the tools you need to be more hands-on when it comes to your good health.
The analysis consists of a questionnaire that is used by many professionals in their nutritional consulting practice. It focuses on 55 separate aspects of your nutritional profile. You simply fill out the questionnaire for this vegan nutrition test, score as directed, and your results will give an indication of where your nutritional needs lie.

How Often Should You Retake This Vegan Nutrition Test?
Changes happen slowly. On a day-to-day basis you may not notice much difference at all. But if you repeat this same bodily appraisal at regular intervals (say, every 6-8 weeks), you may see dramatic changes through time.
How To Fill Out The Nutri-Body Analysis Questionnaire
Read these instructions before filling out the vegan nutrition test questionnaire...
DOWNLOAD and PRINT the Nutri-BodyTM Analysis.
If any part of a statement is true for you, check the box "1", "2", or "3":
Use "1" for "sometimes" or "mild"
Use "2" for "often" or "moderate"
Use "3" for "very often" or "severe"
Skip over all statements which do not apply to you. At the end of each section total the numbers you have checked and multiply by the factor indicated. Do not "agonize" over any statement. If it is unclear or questionable, ignore it and go on to the next.
