Hi Sassy, thank you so much for the e-Book, Mangia! I'm reading through the recipes, and they all look scrumptious!
But - I have a question. Directions for removing the cheesecake from the pie pan say to peel off the parchment paper .... Parchment paper? Are we to line the pie plate with parchment paper before loading the crust? Am I just not reading it right? Am I just silly and confused??? I *love* parchment paper and use it a lot when baking.
Maybe I'm confused and it will be crystal clear once I'm in the kitchen and making it! If someone has already commented on this and I'm not seeing it, profuse apologies, and feel free to hit your delete key.
Has anyone told you today - you are simply awesome!
