Steamed Cabbage

I'll admit, my preferred way of making cabbage is to make steamed cabbage. But you have to be careful because overcooking will cause your red cabbage to turn blue! Ack!

Before cooking, first cut the head of your cabbage into quarters. Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until desired tenderness is reached. Test with a fork for doneness.

You can also chop the head, or shred before cooking. If so, cut cooking time down to about 3-5 minutes.

Use the Cabbage "Vegan Flavor Matches" to create your very own recipe.
