Create Your Own Steamed Broccoli Recipe

I LOVE the way the natural flavors of my broccoli really come through when making a steamed broccoli recipe. If you've never tried this technique, give it a whirl. I think you'll agree it's one of the best ways of preparing broccoli.

Before cooking, you can chop the broccoli large or small, or leave the florets whole. You can cook the stems first, or if you're feeling lazy and you're not that picky just steam it all together. Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Test with a fork for doneness.
