Sautéed Spinach

You'll find me making sautéed spinach whenever I'm in the mood for spinach but I don't want to eat it raw. It's my 2nd favorite way to enjoy this tender and tasty veggie. Within minutes it's ready to eat -- it just doesn't get quicker or easier than this...

Place a frying pan with a lid over medium heat. Add a little extra-virgin olive oil (1 teaspoon should do it), or simply use water or veggie broth. When the liquid is hot, add spinach, and cover. Cook until slightly wilted, 1-3 minutes.

Now comes the fun part. Use the Spinach "Vegan Flavor Matches" to create your very own recipe. Add the foods and flavors you like directly to your pan. Warm. Serve.
