Reno Vegan Dining Guide

Welcome to the Reno Vegan Dining Guide. Since the year 2001, hubby Jeff and I have been calling Reno home. We have tried many restaurants over the years here in Truckee Meadows. You likely have too. And if your experience has been like ours, you have walked away from some restaurants speechless because their food was so good, and walked away from others speechless because their food was so bad.

What you will find on this page is an ever-growing list of restaurants here in Reno that offer vegan food. They are not necessarily vegan (or even vegetarian) restaurants, but they offer some dishes that you might enjoy.

Because let's face it, if we waited for a vegan restaurant to show up in Reno before we went out to eat, we would grow very old and very gray. Why? Who knows. Some restauranteurs out there obviously don't understand the HUGE artistic community that resides here. And where there is a large artistic community, there is usually a large vegetarian community as well.

So come on, Reno restaurants. Bring it!

• You will not find a negative review on these pages. If we don't list a restaurant it's either because we have not tried it, or because it is our opinion that they do not have a clue how to cook vegan food;
• If you have a restaurant to recommend, please write to us through our Contact Form with the reasons you feel it warrants inclusion in this list and we'll check it out as our time and wallets allow;
• This goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway: We do not accept cash or free meals for inclusion on this page.
