How To Make Pureed Cauliflower

Pureed cauliflower is best made when you'd like to make a smooth soup, baby food or when using in a pie (such as a Shepherd's Pie).

You'll begin by first boiling or baking your cauliflower so your veggie is tender and ready to be whizzed in a blender or food processor.

Place cooked cauliflower in a blender or food processor while still hot. Blend or process while slowly adding water, veggie broth, or non-dairy milk 1 Tablespoon at a time until smooth. Be careful to allow air to escape when processing hot foods or the pressure could build and shoot the lid off (I've done this before, and let me tell you it's QUITE the mess! Oy!)

Be sure to use the Cauliflower "Vegan Flavor Matches" to add your favorite flavors to your cauliflower. Continue blending until thoroughly mixed.
