Ready? It's Time To Use Your Nutri-Body Results To Customize Your Vegan Nutrition Program
Congratulations!
At this point you have completed your Nutri-BodyTM Analysis.
Now you're ready to discover what your results mean so you can learn to eat a vegan diet that's custom-made just for you.
The Final Score of Your Nutri-Body Analysis
Find the section with the highest score -- then divide this number into THREE.
Suppose this highest number is "60", for example. 60 divided by 3 = 20. So your scoring would be broken up in threes in this manner: 0-20, 20-40, 40-60.
Let's take another EXAMPLE. Suppose your highest number is 34. 34 divided by 3 = 11 (you'll round to the closest number). Your scoring would be broken up in threes in this manner: 0-11, 11-22, 22-33).
One final EXAMPLE. Suppose your highest number is 77. 77 divided by 3 = 26 (remember, you're rounding to the closest number). Your scoring would be broken up in threes in this manner: 0-26, 26-52, 52-77.
The Last Step!
By now you should have discovered the TOP SCORE of your Nutri-BodyTM Analysis, and have divided this number into 3 SECTIONS.
Every section for which you scored in the top third of this number will be one that is almost certainly due to a nutritional imbalance of the factor involved.
Every section for which you scored in the middle third will be one that is probably due to a nutritional imbalance of the factor involved.
Every section for which you scored in the bottom third will only be possibly due to the nutritional factor in that section. In other words, some of the lower scores may have causes other than faulty nutrition.
Working With The Results
In working with my clients as a Nutritional Consultant, I have discovered tackling more than one section at a time can produce a one-way ticket to the insane asylum!! Remember, it's all about BABY STEPS!!
So here's my advice: Discover which section has produced the HIGHEST SCORE for you and concentrate on ONLY THAT SECTION first. This is the most significant area for you, and is where your attention should be focused. If you work to correct this, then all of the others will tend to correct themselves.
