Nearly Vegan Weight Loss Plan

Hi - I have been eyeballing your vegan weight loss plan for several months after I read the "Kind Diet" and began flirting with vegetarianism. I call myself "nearly-vegan" as I can NOT kick my friends pet chickens' farm eggs.

I have given up all dairy, nearly all white products and including sugar, and increased my veggie repertoire. I did take off nearly 25lbs but have been at a standstill for 2 months. Still 55lbs more to lose. I may just be about the only nearly vegan fat chick and it sucks.

I am not perfect and occasionally have white pasta or Italian bread - yes, I'm Italian and love me some garlic knots every blue moon.
