I'm Patty Knutson, but my friends call me Sassy. ;o)

If you're like many people these days, you're moving towards a more plant-based diet. Whether it's your goal to "Go Vegan" 1 day, 3 days or 7 days per week, it can be difficult to figure out what to eat on a daily basis.

name2. Improve an ol' standby recipe! Surely you've found a recipe or two that you like, but it just needs SOMETHING -- you can't put your finger on it. Visit the Cooking Guide, click on the main ingredient of your recipe, then use the "Flavor Matches" to find the foods, herbs and spices that match perfectly with your chosen ingredient -- and add one (or more) of them to your recipe.
