Hello, I'm Patty Knutson, but my friends call me Sassy. :)
Welcome to VeganCoach.com. So happy you're here.
I went vegan back in 1994 at the age of 28. Back then I was a superbly crappy cook! I sincerely didn't know anybody else who was a worse cook than me. I began my new-vegan life at ground zero (as in zero skills in the kitchen)! But over the years, through a lot of trial and error, I taught myself how to be vegan in a way that's really simple and works for my very busy lifestyle!
If you feel your cooking skills are lacking like mine were way back then, or you feel like you're just missing something but you're not even sure what it is you need help with, please know I've been right where you are. The confusion can be debilitating!
So whether you're just starting out, have been around the block for a while, or are more "well seasoned", we'll meet you where you're at and help to make the learning curve a lot more bearable!
