Grilled Bok Choy

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical the first time I heard about grilled bok choy. Bok choy had always been, to me, a wonderful addition to a green salad. Or just one of many ingredients in an Asian dish. But grilling it is so easy and the results so fun and different that it's hard to think of a reason NOT to make it.

You can leave the bok choy whole, or slice into serving size.

You're going to grill the entire veggie, greens and all.

Brush with a little extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper first, or simply lay them on the grill. Grill until crisp tender and the leaves are wilted, about 5 minutes. It's now ready to go!

Whip up a delectable sauce using the Bok Choy "Vegan Flavor Matches", or create your very own recipe.
