Sassy Sez: The book is unique in that it is not a cookbook, per se, but more of an instructional guide. YOU choose the ingredients to create your sauce (based on my recommendations). There is absolutely no reason to use soy (I rarely use it myself), although soy options are there for those who do. You simply choose from base ingredients such as beans/whole grains/veggies, liquids such as veg broth/water/oat milk, healthy fats such as avocado/nuts/coconut, and herbs/spices/whole food flavorings to create your own winning sauce. Basically, I provide the ingredients and the instruction, and you play Mix & Match. Remember, I offer a money-back guarantee on all my books.
