Hi,
I am new to pressure cookers and have just looked at your demo on cooking beans, which was very helpful. I notice that you and others have recommended not adding salt until the beans are cooked as it makes them tough.
My question is: when do I add the salt as I have bought cooked beans in the can without salt and they are not very good and my son won't eat them, but when they come with salt they are very tasty.
I am worried that if I don't add the salt until after the beans are cooked that they will not have absorbed the flavour, so would really appreciate advice on this.
